Shipping Policy

NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING

Standard orders and orders including changes to existing designs (colour, size or Set of Sparkles) will be created and shipped within 2 working days.

For new designs or more complex customisations, orders will be created and shipped within 3-7 working days once approved.

All orders are tracked and can be monitored via the shipping carrier’s website. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only, provided by our shipping carriers. 

Processing & Production Time

• Order Processing / Handcrafted Time: All orders are custom-made with care. Please allow 5 business days for your order to be processed and created before it is dispatched.

• Processing times may vary during peak holiday seasons or promotional sales. You will receive a dispatch email with tracking details once your package is with NZ Post.

We ship nationwide across New Zealand and Australia via NZ Post.

New Zealand (Domestic)

All domestic parcels are sent tracked via NZ Post.

AUSTRALIA SHIPPING

You, as the recipient, are responsible for payment of any customs duties or charges applicable in the country of destination. Please ensure you are familiar with the requirements of your country before placing your order.

Once your package is picked up by NZ Post, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link. You can track your parcel anytime at nzpost.co.nz.

International packages may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees imposed by your country's customs department. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
