Return & Store Credit Policy

1. General Return Terms

All sales are final. We do not offer cash, debit, or credit card refunds under any circumstances.

Eligible returns will be issued Store Credit only, excluding all original and return shipping costs.

2. Ineligible Returns & Non-Returnable Items

To maintain product quality and fairness, store credit will not be granted for items deemed unsatisfactory due to:

• Incorrect Size Selection: Please refer carefully to our sizing charts before placing an order.

• Wrong Design or Variant Selected: Please double-check your cart selection prior to checkout.

• Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or offer store credit if you no longer want the item after purchase.

3. Store Credit Conditions

For an item to be eligible for store credit (e.g., in cases of approved store-initiated exceptions or item issues):

• Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

• Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from any final store credit amount issued.

• Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items Received

If you received an item that is defective, damaged, or entirely different from what you ordered due to our error, please contact our dedicated Customer Service Team within 5 working days of delivery with your order number and photo evidence so we can correct the issue immediately.
