Please read the following details carefully before completing your purchase.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the intimate, personal, and customized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

• Hygiene-Sensitive Items: For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, products designed for personal use, contact with skin, or intimate care cannot be returned once opened or dispatched.

• Custom & Personalized Designs: Custom-made, made-to-order, or customized items are crafted specifically according to your unique specifications and cannot be restocked or resold.

2. Order Cancellations & Modifications

• Custom Orders: Once a custom order is placed and production has commenced, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

• Standard Orders: Orders may only be canceled prior to processing and dispatch. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order before it ships.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Your satisfaction is important to us. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Email us within 48 hours of delivery via Contact Form.

2. Provide Proof: Include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photo/video evidence showing the damage, defect, or error.

3. Resolution: Upon review and verification, we will arrange for a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Note: We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect details (such as sizing, spelling, or colors) provided by the customer during the ordering process for custom designs.
